NSW – Netball – Premier League – Liverpool Bulls in agonising defeat

After going 12 rounds with the Scorchers in the Mixed 4 INPL Netball competition on Saturday, the Liverpool Bulls have missed out on securing their third win of the season by the skin of their teeth.

The Bulls side went down to the second placed Scorchers by a single goal in an accomplished display that belied their position on the competition ladder. The Scorchers, though a bit out of sorts, were dogged and deserve credit for showing the ability to win when not at their best.

The Bulls will now be looking to regroup over the Christmas period.
