2017 Indoor Cricket World Cup to be held in Dubai, UAE

The World Indoor Cricket Federation has revealed the location of the 2017 Indoor Cricket World Cup in a press release earlier this week. This year it be held for the first time in Dubai at Insportz Club!

The tournament will be held from 16 to 23 September and will feature teams from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, England, Sri Lanka, India, Singapore, Malaysia and the UAE.

Teams will be competing across four divisions: Open Men's, Open Women's, 21 & Under Men's and 21 & Under Women's.

In a media release from Cricket Australia it was also revealed that Australia, the reigning champions in all divisions, will select new touring teams at the 2017 Indoor Cricket National Championships in Mackay.
