SA – Cricket – Have a Bat valiant in defeat

An undermanned Have a Bat side have produced a heroic performance in the 6Pak Friday Cricket at SportzWorx Stepney, only to be outgunned by a rampant Plympton Superkings outfit 162-149.

The Superkings’ Kale Bettison deserves special praise for his efforts with both bat and ball, which provided essential ballast for his side’s 2 skin victory.

The win was the Superkings first of the competition so far, seeing them climb to second spot on the competition ladder, just one rung beneath the Have a Bat outfit.
