WA - Fireballs on fire again

Fireballs II have kicked off the new Tuesday Summer 2014/15 Cricket season at Revolution in style with 2 big wins. Last week they easily beat previous season’s winners ‘Deadwood’ with a one-sided score line of 132-59 with a standout performance from Matt Hill who bagged 7 wickets and scored 25 runs.

It is shaping up to be a good season with longtime rivals ‘Les Moos’ and ‘Trawlin for Manta Ray’ both sitting on a win and a loss. These 3 team’s have consistently finished in the top 3 positions of the table over the last 3-4 seasons.

Tonight the Fireballs II will be facing the Doosras, who narrowly beat Trawlin for Manta Ray by 4 runs in their previous match. Let’s hope for another cracker of a game!
