VIC – Major League Netball – Werribee explode out of the blocks

Werribee are off to the perfect start in both the Women’s and Mixed 1’s Major League Netball, with both sides again scoring gutsy wins at Frankston on Friday.

The Werribee Women, who have been peerless in the opening rounds of the competition, were mightily impressive in overcoming their hosts 40-37.

Meanwhile in the Mixed 1’s, Werribee strengthened their grip on top spot of the ladder with a 50-40 win over the Sharks.
