QLD – Cricket – Regality rules at Cairns Premier League Cricket

It’s been nearly impossible to split the Royals and the Super Kings all season in the Friday Premier League Cricket at Cairns, so it was fitting when the two sides met last Friday that the result went right down to the wire.

In the end, not even a second innings slaughter carried out by the Kings’ Lachlan Naess could save his side. Naess belted 41 off just 11 balls in a player-of-the-match knock, but couldn’t stop his side from going down by just 6 runs.
