NSW – NNSW Premier League – Charlestown Masters have mixed bag at Inverell
The Charlestown Masters side had a mixed weekend in the NNSW Premier League Cricket, coming out of Saturday’s round robin fixtures at Inverell with a win and a loss.
The competition leaders were clinical in their opening match up with Coffs Harbour, with Wayne Cronje leading Charlestown to a 22 run win, their 12th of the competition so far.
However the Charlestownians were unable to extend their competition lead in their fixture with Inverell, with the hosts looking every bit the home track bullies in a strong 34 run victory.
