Australian Teams Dominate World 8 Teams

After winning all 4 divisions it was no surprise that the Australian teams dominated the World 8 teams which were announced at the closing ceremony. 20 Australians were amongst the 32 players named.

New Zealander Amelia Kerr walked away as the MVP for the tournament after outstanding performances throughout the week. Amelia averaged a shade under 20 with the bat and took 18 wickets for 42. At only 14 years old she is definitely a player to keep a very close eye in the coming years.
